Join us for this transformational FlowFIT™ 3-Hour Power as we Breathe • Move • Imagine our way through the chakras and experience the manifestation journey from higher vision to grounded reality. Using the descending pathway through the chakras, we will move your vision through the body:
KNOW → SEE → SPEAK → FEEL → EMPOWER → CREATE → GROUND Through breathwork, movement, imagination, and embodied practice, you’ll explore how to connect with your higher vision, give it a voice, feel it in your heart, activate your personal power, move it into creative action, and ultimately ground it into your life. This is manifestation as an embodied journey—not simply thinking about what you want, but bringing your vision down through the body and into action.

FlowFIT™ is an integrative neurological fitness method that works with the nervous system as it conditions the body. Through our Breathe–Move–Imagine™ approach, we combine breathwork, spinal mobility, multidirectional movement, core activation, imagination, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Traditional fitness often focuses on pushing harder, lifting more, or burning calories. FlowFIT begins seated with nervous-system regulation and body awareness. We prepare the internal mechanics of the body— including the breath, diaphragm, ribs, core, and spine—before increasing intensity.
Many workouts are built around pushing harder, moving faster, and creating more intensity. But when your nervous system is already overwhelmed, adding more pressure may leave you feeling depleted, tense, inflamed, or disconnected from your body. FlowFIT™ takes a different approach. Our parasympathetic fitness method uses the Breathe–Move–Imagine™ process to help the body shift from chronic stress and protective tension toward greater regulation, recovery, and flow. We begin with the breath and work from the core outward mobilizing the diaphragm, ribs, spine, and connective tissue before progressing into strength and cardiovascular conditioning. This does not mean the workout is passive or easy. It means we build intensity from a more regulated foundation. You learn to breathe and move through the pressure.
Spinal mobility is a central component of FlowFIT. We use breath-led, multidirectional movement to explore the spine through 360 degrees of motion while also engaging the ribs, diaphragm, core, and surrounding connective tissue.
Yes. FlowFIT can be adapted for different fitness levels, body types, ages, and mobility needs. Participants begin where they are and progressively develop greater awareness, mobility, stability, strength, and endurance.
FlowFIT is an integrative fitness method. It combines physical conditioning with nervous-system awareness and regulation. While many participants experience meaningful changes in tension, energy, mobility, and well-being, FlowFIT does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Conditioned transformation means developing change through consistent practice. With repetition, participants learn to breathe through pressure, move through tension, build physical capacity, and establish more supportive patterns in the body and nervous system.
